Ordered online called when it was open to make sure it was all good to be delivered woman was not at all nice to talk to had to call back at 5 she told me to call back if they don't show up at all that is why I called at 5 cause would have been nice to have them by 5 so called back at 630 woman was easyer to talk too so she then said they didnt get delivered and she make sure they get there that night first and last time for me
Ordered flowers online, called shortly after to confirm the flowers were in stock for this particular arrangement. I was assured they were. I got a call shortly after and was advised they did not have the main flower of the arrangement in stock (White cala lilies) they offered to to put other flowers in.... this was very disappointing as the cala lilies where why i ordered that particular arrangement.Disappointed. this is not the first time this has happened. Main street used to be my go to place for flowers in Fredericton.
Extremely nice and helpful! I called and they kept the store open an extra hour so that I could get there, and then they spent extra time with me to ensure that I had everything I needed. They showed me multiple options for what I was looking for, and were very kind. The quality of their products is amazing! I'd go back in a heartbeat!
