Have had negative experiences both with the hair and the esthetics departments. Will not be going back.
Came in to get a trim and bangs. Hairdresser cut my hair unevenly( some bits were 5 inches whereas others were 1 inch) and she didn't even cut me some bangs. She basically told me that I would have to flip my hair when I get out of the shower and use a diffuser with my hairdryer. If I wanted to give myself bangs, I would of done it myself. She didn't even dry my hair afterwards!! It was winter and I left with wet hair. Do not recommend this place at all. On top of it all, it's super overpriced for the quality provided.
Very friendly, informative and great at what they do.
Asked for a simple cut and its all uneven. It'll take several weeks for it to grow out (long) enough to get it fixed. Terrible service. Never going back!
Over priced. And after I'm covered in hair after cut . And refused to blow off loose hair. Very poor service. Not happy.
