I find the overall staff very helpful, knowledgeable and kind in all departments however I would recommend going elsewhere for interior paint. I originally purchased paint I got tinted ivory for my trim and doors, when I got it home the paint was as stark white as my primer, I went back in to get it retinted I ended up with a pint of light yellow paint I have no use for.
Always a pleasure to shop here. If they don't have something in stock they can order it quickly. There are people always available to help, which is so different from the faceless box stores. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent service. I don't think you would find better service at a home improvement store. Staff is knowledgeable in most departments. The store is new with a good amount of parking for the size of store. Very convenient in the downtown core. The selection is not the best but they do have some exclusive products. The paint department is excellent. They will get you exactly what you need and won't try to upsell.
