HORRIBLE SERVICE/CLOTHES RETURNED BURNT. They dry cleaned my trousers and when they were returned I saw they were burnt. One of the hook was also gone. The worst thing is they didnt even tell me about the damage when I went there to pick up my clothes. Upon checking, when I pointed out the burn to the attendant she admitted the damage happened at their dry cleaning plant. I called their plant office to talk and ask for reimbursement but the lady there was very rude and when I insisted on getting my money back and she said "whatever" and hung up on me. When I called the owner, Neil brown, to complain about the my experience, he was even more rude. Very arrogant guy. I couldnt believe how they are still in business. Couldn't believe it. Overpriced - bad service- save yourself the time & money and go somewhere else! They are the worst drycleaners in town.
No Saturday service (please update your listing and your website!) and closes at 5:30pm. Difficult to find parking. Gave it a chance for a few months but going elsewhere. I write this review in front of the business after driving 30minutes into city on Saturday only to find they are closed!!
No Saturday hours anymore? Fine. But when your sign say open from 7:30 am and I show up at 9, only to find it closed, is ridiculous. As soon as I actually get my clothes back (which I needed for today mind you), they have officially lost a once dedicated customer. Worst service I've seen of this type in quite a while.
