Really bad experience. I swerved to avoid a fishtailing car during a storm this winter and ended up stuck in a snow-filled ditch. I was a bit shook up by the experience and called these guys. Upon arrival, the first thing out of the operator's mouth was "how are you paying?" and he was incredibly rude throughout the whole experience. It ended up costing an unreasonable $150 just to pull me out of the snow. Go with Capital Towing instead - pay half the cost and deal with operators that are actually pleasant.
Wonderful experience. Truck showed up within 40 minutes as quoted. Charged me less than the original quote because they were coming back from Saint John anyway. The driver was kind and helpful.
This is my first experience with Apple, and I have no complaints about how he does things; he gets the job done, even if you did something dumb, like get stuck in your own driveway!He doesnt pretend to be anyone but himself, which does come off as relatively grumpy, and direct, but I can respect that. Hes as straight forward as a person, as he is as a business man: honestly himself for an honest days work. If getting the job done right, the first time, is your aim, hes your guy. He wont kiss your ass, but you can kiss your problem goodbye!

My husband went off the road at Nevers Toad to get back on the highway and could not reverse our. He called Apple and they charged $100 to pull him out. That price is ridiculous. I thought $50 would be the cost. I work 3 jobs to make enough money to pay our bills and this close to Christmas. I cannot believe it. I'm glad he is safe but price is extreme
