Wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in... I felt like I walked back in time and had my grandmother serve me a hearty soup.Great (old school) food... nothing fancy but very good! Molly (I presume, the owner) was very nice! :-)
Creepy. I've been warned, but one of my friends said he had a great time there once and convinced me to at least walk through the door...the owner stood there and stared at us silently with her arms crossed as we uncomfortably backed away. :p Based on other reviews it seems like she randomly decides some people aren't allowed in.

I've been eager to see what's inside for a long time. Once I got in, but the lady kinda shooed me out! Literally! I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went back a couple of weeks later. There are rules here:The lady evaluates you as you enter. If you don't pass her smell test, you'll be treated as threat to her territory. I felt like I'm in high school all over again and she is going to call my mom. There was a tiny crowd of young people there. They couldn't raise their voice. They were kind whispering to each other.I can go on and go on. But I don't know how this place is still running. She didn't let us to choose where we wanna be seated. She scolded us about our poor choice. The service was terrible. I may go back there. Because I really can't believe this beautiful place is ruined by the owner. This could be the trendy spot in downtown. Although reading other reviews I can't decide wether I had the worst experience!
Haven't been there in too long. Wonderful food, awesome ambiance, and Molly is great.
