Have had my 2 ductless splits cleaned and new air exchanger purchased and installed through EG Stairs in the last 12 months. Stairs is always quick to do the job, best price in town, quality friendly service and pleasant to deal with. They really cleaned the ductless wall units and the difference in air flow is crazy! I recommend an annual or bi-annual scrubbing by them.

VERY BAD/RUDE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Very high prices they charge per hour ($90s), you have to pay for their travel time to and from their shop, and truck usage fee. They tell you they do not stock your parts so the worker will have to leave the job to shop for parts in town, and that is on your time of at least half hour to one hour, depends on where you live from the parts supply shop. A minor job can easily run for few hundred dollars. Also, very inflexible with the payment methods.
This is an excellent company . I needed their services when my main pipes burst and to fix a leak in my toilet. They responded quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you
Water backing up into basement toilet! Called immediately and left message. No response for four hours now. No worries, someone else was able to help. Don't advertise 24/7 if your not, would have saved me time and damages.
