This morning around 8:21, we had a man come to one of the doors ring the bell 6 times in a span of 2 seconds just to slap a note to the door saying no answer (parcel sticker) and leave. If he had actually waited for a minute he would have noticed we were In fact Home. I usually have great service when I get deliveries but this was not one of them.
Not a real delivery company, only wants to drop off smokes and beer lol..
SA Deliveries provides excellent service. I have purchased numerous items online and usually come home to the item or a slip sitting on my doorstep. SA Deliveries took the time to call me to see if I would be home. I was at work and wasn't able to take the call, so they sent me a text and waited for my response before delivering.
I online shop. A lot. You know, to help the economy. I have had packages delivered by just about every company there is and SA Deliveries is by far the best. I was not home to receive one of my packages so the driver called me and offered to deliver it to me at work a little later in the day! I could not believe it, usually I get the little cards (which is fine) or I come home to find my packages sitting in the entry way of my apartment building (not fine). The driver went out of his way to make sure I got my parcel and I very much appreciate it.
watched the delivery driver put a "no answer" delivery slip in my mail box after no attempt to deliver the package. he also failed to mention on the slip the amount owed for duty & taxes
