Dont trust royal lepage. Was told my garage was 28*32 turn out to be 24*30. I pay $___ cause of the garage, guess my fault for not bringing a tape measurement , Plus lot is 300sq m less. If I would have double check and not trust the agent no way I would have offer what I did. Lesson learn. I wont ever use royal lepage and wont ever trust any agent. They said use a realtor for peace of mind, YEAH RIGHT. MORE LIKE GET TRICK. Buyer 1* Seller 5* got two friends there selling there house and using exit and one moving here and dealing with century.
