The staff kind of just ignore you, but the shoes are quality

Softmoc in the regent mall has finally won my trust back. There was a time when every employee and the manager were very nasty but the newer employees are nicer and the manager has finally seemed to chill out a bit and is nicer. They are helpful and honest and whenever I am in there, it's pretty busy but they handle the rush well.
The rudest customer service I've ever dealt with.
