I would give her a -5 because she ripped us off twice for the same trip. We were on the Florida trip in February too and were all ready and packed to go and was not even informed the trip was cancelled. We were able to recover the amount charged on Visa but I doubt if we will ever see the $5.590.00 we paid her by cheque. I am so disgusted to think that someone would do something like that.

You're ridiculous. Cancelling day before the trip and then apparently going bankrupted week later... something is off with this situation.
Should be a minus 1 star....we are one of the ones that were all packed and ready to be picked up on Feb. 9th and didn't find out that it was cancelled until I called on Monday afternoon to verify time for pickup....Since then have been getting the run around in regard to our refund of $5300.00 which she has had since September 1st, 2015.....now she has gone bankrupt.....thank goodness we paid by credit card who will refund us....this is not right, she is the one that should be refunding people....some people have no morals
