Would not honor quoted price!After doing some research, I went to buy a laptop that the web site said was available in store, but when I got there they did not have one. The salesman found another similar display laptop and told me he would sell it to me for a similar price, however when I went to the checkout the price rang up as the original price not the QUOTED PRICE. I questioned the cashier about the price and he went and talked to the salesperson who now refused to honor his word. When I got home I called the store to talk with a manager and found out the salesman who gave the quote was also a 'manager'( ha ha). The manager I spoke with on the phone said she could not do anything for me, but said she would get the other manger to call me back. When I did not hear from him for hours I decided to call back, this time he answered. When I asked if he could do anything about the price that HE HAD QUOTED ME or even take a little bit off because it was a demo, he became VERY ANNOYED and still refused to do anything.I would have given staples 0/5 star but you have to give them at least 1/5 star to post a review.
Really good photocopying services
Came in with my wife a few minutes before closing to print a few documents. At 5:03pm, a store employee comes up behind us and starts to hover barely 2 feet behind us while we're trying to complete our print job. I look back at him a few times wondering why he was lurking there staring at us, because it was getting weird! He has the nerve to actually say to me, "The reason I'm hovering here like this is because you are the last customer in the store. We're closed." in the rudest (& most awkward) way possible! Keep in mind, at this point it was only 5:04pm, not even 5 minutes past closing! It was just bizarre treatment, and it was clear he just wanted to get out of there as soon as he could, and pressured us to finish ASAP so he could leave! I wish I was making this next part up: when he saw that I had a second job to do, he actually asked us, "Oh.. You have a second document to print?" knowing that he would have to wait even longer! Extremely poor service. If you want to follow up, I paid with a cc at closing on Sunday Feb 18th.
Clean, well stocked, wide aisles and easy to find an employee to answer a question or give a suggestion.
IT staff were trying to help until manager came in. First word out of his mouth "it would be minimum $25 to fix it" not pleasant at all.With the attitude he know everything!But still could not connect my tablet to printer I bought at this location one month ago.I quote" my store close in 2 minutes and I need 2 hours to fix this.Well I hope your store close for good.I just left without saying anything.But thanks to the 2 staffs with good attitude that got push aside by the know it all manager.
