Unfortunately, as nice and as helpful as the guy who runs the place is, I feel pretty jipped. He was willing to work with me on a purchase that I felt disasstistfied by, but not to an extent that I felt reassured about my experience.As well, there seemed to be a pretty big misunderstanding about what you needed to do on your end to "insure" (get a guarantee or warranty) your purchase. I ended up with an expensive bed that I really didn't like. And nothing that could be done about it.
