Very modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was great and full of selection. Cold juices and hot coffee. This is a DP Murphy Hotel and I've always had a great experience at any of their properties! Staff are well trained and presentable. Always have a great breakfast. Coffee is always fresh any time of day. I started in a one bedroom suite with a seperate bedroom which was nice and made for a quiet uninterrupted sleep. Thanks again for a great stay!
I travel for business often and have stayed at my fair share of hotels. This was by far one of the nicest stays Ive experienced at Holiday Inn Express ever. Staff were super friendly, and professional. My room was spacious, super clean had everything I needed. I could tell there was a lot of care and attention paid to the details throughout my whole stay, right down to my checkout. Instead of the usual question, Would you like a print out or email for your receipt?, it was already printed and in a nice Holiday Inn Express envelope. Highly recommend a stay here.
Waited for my ride for over 2 hours the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic providing me with the wifi password and an outlet to charge my phone when I wasn't even a guest! Fantastic service that turned my night around!
An amazing hotel staff can really make your stay a memorable one. That's what you get at this hotel. Traveling with a toddler can be really tough but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was the best I've had from a holiday inn express. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything added up to the best hotel stay I've ever had.
The room was very clean and modern. Had an excellent sleep thanks to the comfortable bed, quiet room and room-darkening curtains. The lobby is well decorated and welcoming; service was great. Full free breakfast including pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. and there wasn't much of a line or wait for breakfast. Location was convenient from highway and a close drive to both mall and dowtown, although you couldn't walk many places. Would recommend this hotel to others and stay again myself! Great for the price!
