The location is a bit of a walk from downtown but easy to get to with a car or by bus. Rooms are fairly priced and have all the expected amenities, including free wifi. A good place to stay for a low price.

Dirty motel rooms. Bad smell. Water on the floor, dead bugs on the bottom of the window. Stains on the sheets. If it was 50$, I wouldnt complain but its close to 100$.

This motel is just an absolute wreck. They called me about an hour before I checked in to tell me that their water boiler was broken, and that there wouldnt be any hot water until the next morning. I was forced to keep my reservation because there werent any other decent hotels in town that fit my budget. When I checked in, I asked if the hot water would be working again before check out time the next day, and the desk clerk, who was probably just a student, had absolutely no idea. She didnt even offer us anything to make up for the inconvenience, such as a later check out time or a discount off of the motel rate. The hot water still wasnt working the next morning, which is not what I paid for. This motel boasts that they have two restaurants on site, but the pizza place is just a little take-out counter within a convenience store, and the Chinese restaurant was previously shut down by health inspectors for having a bear carcass in their kitchen. All of the doors in the motel are really tough to open, as they all stick to the door frame. 2/10... Would never stay again!

Location slightly off the beaten path but good value. Rooms are very, very basic and the beds fairly old. The mattress was ok, but pillows uncomfortable. The toiletries were terrible and small in size. It housed international students on a long term basis but had a warning sign telling them not to cook smelly foods like curry... A fairly rasist sign, really.

The room / motel is actually pretty nice for the price point. Although i cannot leave a positive review after our experience .... We checked in late as were doing long days driving across country. The power was out and they had no flashlights or anything.. Again fine.. Power didnt come on untill the early morning (3_4am), so we couldn't use any of the amenities,. When we checked out they had gone ahead that morning and charged my credit card for 25$ non refunded pet fee... Which i would have paid of course but they refused a discount and charged us the full amount for the room. 100$! For a dark room, no wifi, no hott water, no tv etc i would have appreciated a little discount there.
